limited warranty scaltrol products
Scaltrol warranties its products for one year from the date of installation. The warranty covers exchange for parts that are manufacturers defects. In addition, Scaltrol does offer a performance guarantee as follows:

Scaltrol must be installed within 90 days of purchase. |

Scaltrol must be installed following enclosed directions. |

|
If Scaltrol fails to perform the intended purpose of controlling scale build up, the unit can be returned for a refund. |
This warranty does not cover the replaceable cartridge which is considered a consumable and can be purchased separately.
